Order Processing

Orders via checks (both paper and electronic) will not be shipped until the check has cleared. This may take as long as 10 business days. All orders are processed within three business days of receipt. If you chose the overnight shipping option, please be aware that the order is shipped within three days and when shipped it will be shipped per the option you selected.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are only given for merchandise that cannot be shipped. Otherwise, all sales are final. Within 14 days of receipt, any defective item may be returned with a written explanation of the defect for a replacement with the same item. All items returned as defective are subject to inspection by the manufacturer to validate claim. It is your responsiblity to know the formats accepted by your DVD player.

Shipping Restrictions

All videos are in NTSC format (USA) with no regional coding. If you live outside the United States, you are responsible for knowing the laws in your country and the video format used. Any orders that are restricted by your country or confiscated by Customs will not be refunded.
